    • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

    • 2. Products & Availability

    • All products displayed on the website are subject to availability.

    • Colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting during photography.

    • We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product, design, or collection at any time.

    • 3. Hand-Drawn Designs & Intellectual Property

    • All ZYCOZ designs are original, hand-drawn artworks.

    • Designs, illustrations, graphics, logos, and content on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of ZYCOZ.

    • Copying, reproducing, modifying, or using our designs for commercial or non-commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.

    • 4. Custom Orders

    • Customized products are made specifically as per customer selection (design, size, color, placement, etc.).

    • Customized orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started.

    • Customers are responsible for reviewing design previews, size selections, and order details before confirming the order.

    • 5. Pricing & Payments

    • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

    • Prices may change without prior notice.

    • Bulk pricing and discounts are applicable only as mentioned on the product or pricing page.

    • Payment must be completed in full before order processing begins.

    • 6. Bulk Orders & Pricing

    • Bulk pricing applies only to single-design orders unless explicitly stated.

    • Mixed designs or variations may be billed separately.

    • ZYCOZ reserves the right to cancel bulk orders if pricing errors or misuse is detected.

    • 7. Shipping & Delivery

    • Delivery timelines provided are estimated and may vary based on location, courier partner, or unforeseen circumstances.

    • ZYCOZ is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, strikes, or governmental restrictions.

    • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared with the customer.

    • 8. Returns & Exchanges

    • Non-customized products may be eligible for return or exchange, subject to inspection and approval.

    • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

    • Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.

    • Requests must be raised within the time period mentioned on the Returns Policy page.

    • 9. Manufacturing Variations

    • Slight variations in print texture, embroidery density, color shade, or placement may occur due to the nature of fabric and decoration methods (DTF, DTG, embroidery, chenille, etc.).

    • These variations are considered normal and are not defects.

    • 10. User Conduct

    You agree not to:

    • Misuse the website or its content

    • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

    • Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activities

    • 11. Limitation of Liability
